It all started on Thanksgiving night...I got a full size bottle of contact solution and a large bottle of Vaseline lotion for FREE from CVS (and my mom got some super cheap M&M's)! Since then I have been trying to shop the CVS and Walgreens ads for the deals. Then I realized that there were all these blogs out there of people blogging only about coupons and saving money on groceries. Just what I needed...more blogs to read! So now I'm a mission to get my friends to join in on the fun! Honestly, it is SO addicting!
Here is a picture of my Walgreen's shopping trip from today (with two of the kids, one who is potty training). Five 12-packs of pop, four bottles of shampoo, dental floss, cough drops, multi-vitamins, nose spray and a little brownie treat for my hard work! This all cost me...................... $.82!!!! I started out with $4 in Register Rewards and I also had a $3 coupon that I got in the mail for the new store opening. The remaining savings were from coupons from the newspaper and Internet and more Register Rewards. So fun!
